Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Costs

Delivery Time: Your order will typically arrive within 7 to 15 working days. We’re committed to delivering as quickly as possible, and appreciate your patience as we process your order.

Please note : Buyer is responsible for providing correct address. Please make sure your details are correct before completing your order so we can deliver your order without delay.

Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs (for international orders) are beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed. Orders are processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery. For this reason, please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.

Policy for Rejected Packages

By placing an order, the customer agrees to our shipping and return policy. If a package is refused or rejected upon delivery, the following fees will apply:

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 15% of the total order value, with a minimum charge of £15, will apply.

  • If 15% of the order value is less than £15, a £15 fee will be charged.

  • If 15% of the order value exceeds £15, the applicable 15% fee will be charged.

Cost Accounting:
Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount or, where applicable, invoiced separately to the customer.

Exceptions:
No fees will be charged if the package is rejected due to an error on our part, such as incorrectly delivered or damaged goods. In such cases, we will provide a free replacement product or resend the order at no additional cost.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track the package directly on the carrier’s website.
International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
